What is vt100 EIES?

The vt100 version of EIES^® has a text based user interface, not a graphical user interface (such as Netscape^® provides). Interaction with vt100 EIES is accomplished using a keyboard rather than a mouse. You should use the vt100 version of EIES if you have a slow modem or an older computer that does not support graphics.
